WARRANTY

At TerraTurner, we are committed to delivering products that meet your needs and expectations. It is our objective to offer safe and dependable products that provide our customers with years of satisfaction. Our products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 months from the original purchase date. This warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of defective parts and components.

Please note that this warranty becomes null and void under the following circumstances:

• Negligence, abuse, misuse, modification, or accidental damage to the product.
• Reselling the product to another party; this warranty is exclusively for the original purchaser.
• Use of the product for purposes other than normal household usage.

In the event that any component is found to be defective under normal single-shift usage, we will provide a free replacement of that component. To obtain a replacement part, kindly contact us to acquire a return authorization. Please be aware that this warranty only applies to the product itself, and we shall not be held liable for any loss, inconvenience, or any other special or consequential damages resulting from any product defect.
