Return Policy for TerraTurner:

Prior approval from TerraTurner's customer support team at service@terraturner.com is required for all returns of TerraTurner products.

Free Returns:

You may return your TerraTurner product within 7 days of delivery without incurring any return fees.

Full Refund Within 30 Days:

For a full refund, products must be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer, and no restocking fee will be applied by TerraTurner.

Exceptions to Refund Policy:

Outbound shipping charges, such as the standard shipping fee and any upgraded shipping charges (e.g., expedited, express, etc.), are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective items.

Damaged or Defective Items:

In instances where items arrive damaged or defective, the exceptions mentioned above do not apply. TerraTurner will promptly address such issues and collaborate with you to find the best resolution.

Product Inspection Upon Arrival:

Before installing or assembling any products, please perform the following checks upon delivery:

  1. Inspect the packaging for any signs of damage.
  2. Verify that the product name and model number match your order confirmation.
  3. Remove the packaging and thoroughly inspect the parts.

Rejecting Damaged Items:

If you receive an incorrect item or if it arrives in a damaged condition, do not accept the delivery. Inform your delivery representative(s) and contact us immediately so that we can arrange for a replacement. Once the appliance is installed, it cannot be returned.

Refund Options:

Refunds will be credited using your original payment method, whether it is your PayPal account or bank account. Refunds cover the full product price, minus any return shipping costs (if applicable), as per our "Return Policy."

Refund Processing Time:

For credit card refunds, we will initiate the refund once we receive notification of your returned
